Carey Lasher, President

Carey is a 23-year award-winning clinician and award-winning sales leader who brings a proven approach to developing high performing teams. She has worked with many types of dental practices from single provider, specialty, multiple provider locations, as well as a national billion-dollar DSO. Carey trained and mentored numerous award-winning sales teams, cultivated and lead a 90 million region, coached doctors to become multimillion dollar owners, and mentored individuals in obtaining higher degrees reaching their next clinical role while keeping the customer’s first. She has consistently developed new and veteran teams to reach collections of a million dollar a month as well as trained sales consultants in reaching individual million-dollar month over month collections. Her first degree as a dental hygienist sparked her love of science leading her to receive her BS in biology from Virginia Polytechnic State and University (Go Hokies!). To further meld the ideal of her clinical knowledge and sales in dentistry she obtained her MBA from Liberty University. Her experience, education, and passion allow her to train doctor owners to reach their peak potential as business owners and reach their financial goals.
